Hi all, I have taken the lead at our hopsital to redo our 24 hour flow sheet. If anyone is able to share their flowsheet design I would be eternally greatful. I will share ours (but it currently is not great) as well. A good flowsheet = good communication and better patient care. Also, if anyone knows of other psych nursing documentation resources I could tap, that would be great. Also, we are heading toward electonic documentation, and am trying to design something that will translate to electronic media when our new program is in place (we will be using an Eclipsys product if anyone is familiar with them). Is anybody out there already doing their documentation on computer, and how has that gone for you. Thanks in advance. Any help would be appreciated.
