ADN can't find a job in Houston.

I have tried every hospital, submitted over 100 applications. Is nobody hiring ADNs? I am in a BSN bridge program and will finish in 6 months. I graduated in May and have been licensed since June. 

Is anyone else in the same situation? Any advice?
