I am trying to figure out whether I should go the ADN or Second Degree BSN route to become an RN.. I already have a BA in Psychology... SO what I would like to know is what, if any, are the differences between the two when it comes to getting a job, also the program itself.. Is there really a big difference or preferential treatment when looking at perspective nurses?
your help is GREATLY appreciated.. :)

It would be advantageous sometime in the future, maybe sooner rather than later, to get the BSN now. You will save time and money and might be able to get a better job when and where you want. You should consider looking for accelerated BSN programs since you already have a degree.

As far as treatment, an RN is an RN. No one can tell by looking at you whether or not you have a ADN or BSN. Hospitals in the cities take ADN RN's with no problem BUT some would like you to be enrolled into a BSN program. ADN programs are much harder to get into so unless you need to work ASAP, I'd say do the Bachelor's.
