So I am getting ready to submit my application with all of the required documents, for example the reference letter and college transcripts. I have a college Transcripts from 5 other colleges. 4 out of the 5 transcripts has all good grades. The 5th transcript has 3 classes listed, 1 of the classes I received an A grade and the other two classes I received a D and a F grade. The class that I received an A in, is a required class for the St Joseph Hospital School of Nursing curriculum. The other two class that I did poorly in, is not required nor it's a part of the curriculum. So I am debating if i should submit the 5th, transcript or wait until I am accepted to submit it in order to receive credit for the class that I received an A in. The reason why I am hesitant about submitting the 5th transcript is because I don't want to risk my chances of getting into the program. I am concern that they would see that I fail two classes and take that into consideration when making there decision. Do anyone has any experience with St Joseph Hospital School of Nursing in Syracuse NY admission decision process or can give any advice on what I should do?

If you wait to submit it, it will look deceptive, which would probably be worse than having two bad grades. Either submit it with the others or don't submit it at all, in which case you will need to repeat the class.
