Hello there. I was considering travel nursing. I like job stability, so I do enjoy being a staff nurse. I am not sure 13 or 26 week assignments are for me, but then again I have never tried it. I am really not into packing up all my apartment furniture and moving all the time. Maybe I am seeing things wrong. Can someone give me a little insignt on travel nursing? How do you like the constant relocation?

I believe packing up your apartment and moving all of the time would detrimental to a career in travel nursing. The key is keeping a "home of record" or "tax home" and only taking the min essentials. The cheaper you live on the road, the more $$ in your pocket.

i love the adventure. for a season in life. apartments are furnished, usually you bring your housewares (linens, kitchen things). it's good to live simply and travel.

It's not always a guarantee, BUT facilities often extend contracts. I have been at my current location for nearly nine months. So, there's a good chance you could stay put for longer than 13 weeks. Good luck!
