ADHD patient teaching

For parent/patient teaching of ADHD medications in general, should the kids take a medication holiday? Or continue treatment without interruption?

It would b helpful if u list all the options...but here is my rather over analyzed guess:

The question described 3 answer choices: two say when to take it, and one says how to take it (with food). the fact that nurses cant decide the when, this will vary with what is prescribed by the md...i am guessing the correct one will be take with food, bc this recommendation is within our scope to suggest. However with both the "when" answers ("take in am" and "take on holidays") taking in the am is generally true, but seems tricky.

So i am going with "take with food" AND "take in am", final answer.

(Ps: i hate sata Qs bc it feels funny to only select one. My initial hunch was just take with food, but i am going to take a risk and pick the two.)

Let me know what the actual correct is!
