The pathophysiology of any injury depends on what happened. Loss of oxygen in the blood, poison, trauma, radiation, rhabdomyolysis, sepsis... All different pathophysiology. What question are you really asking?

Do you have a way of searching your library's databases? I just searched mine and found a ton of articles on pathophysiology of acute kidney injury based on a variety of etiologies. A 2-page paper on acute kidney injury should be a home run for you. The difficult part would be paring down all that information.
