So in general, I'm a good student. I get As and Bs no problem. In school, it has been a roller coaster of almost failing every single nursing class. With my non-nursing classes, it's been fine but my school recently changed our grading scale to 75 is a C so I've been almost failing almost every single class for the past few semesters.
I'm a junior now in my 4 year program and it's hard. I'm doing well in most of my classes, but Pathophysiology is really kicking me in the butt. I have failed every test we have had and it's not like I got a 74. I've been getting 50% on every test. I don't know what to do and I'm really freaked I'm going to fail out of school when I can almost see graduation day.
I've gone to see my professor and she's not letting me look at old tests to look at my mistakes. She also is almost 100% unavailable until after our midterm.
I'm also freaking out because I'm on a scholarship that won't pay for me to re-take classes and I can't afford the tuition at the school I'm at so I will really be up the creek if I don't pass. Also, I want to get a half decent internship this summer to get more experience and I just feel like I won't be able to get an internship at all if I can't keep my GPA at a 3.0. So yeah, I'm in total freakout mode.
Also, I just spent 5 hours going over one chapter and I have 9 more to go. I'm so lost. Any advice? Help?

((HUGS)) what are you struggling with?

Iwould talk to the Dean about the unavailability of the instructor and the lack of feedback. Feedback in education is the same as re-evaluating a patient after an intervention. It tells you where to go from here. You are not aware of what it is you don't know and therefore cannot study appropriately. Perhaps there is another instructor or graduate student who can tutor, but you still need to see your test!

THIS.
Also, are you having issues with the material or the questions? You may know the material but may not be choosing the best answer.
Sorry for the delayed response. I've been studying LOL. I'm struggling with everything, literally everything. I barely passed the Patho test but failed another because I was studying for Patho. I really feel like the biggest issue is that I'm not getting the help I need. I hear all the time about schools weeding out. I just really want to be a nurse. Why does it have to be this painful?
