Acquiring Home Health referrals

How do I get referrals for my home health agency? Please advise.

How do I get the first referral to my new homecare agency?

Not official referrals, but I used to carry several of my employer's business cards and handed them out to anyone who was interested in finding an agency. So, you might want to consider giving business cards to your nurses and offering some kind of "bonus" for each successful case they are involved with acquiring. Just a variation on the referral bonus provided to employees that bring new employees.
