Achievements Section of NursingCAS

Hello everyone,

I'm working on my application for a second degree BSN program after about 4 years of working on an ambulance/in industrial healthcare as an EMT, but there is one section tripping me up right now. What kinds of things did you all put for under the, "Achievements", section in NursingCAS?

Other than Honor Roll/Dean's List type stuff, I really did not receive any academic honors (I guess unless you consider graduating with honors as one I may add...), but I did hold a lot of leadership positions in my BS program at another school. Could those be considered achievements? Just trying to make this application make sense.
