Accused of diverting non narcotics

Recently accused of diverting non narcotics ( muscle relaxers, also couple other meds were listed..toradol, lidocaine). Bon investigator called me and wants to meet.I have contacted a lawyer. Don't want legal just would like to know if anyone has dealt with anything similar and also if anyone could tell me what to expect as far as the process of an investigation, the steps it goes thru or what I may expect.overwhelmed atm and about to seriously have a breakdown over all this.

When you do have the opportunity to do the eval, admit nothing, not even social drinking and if they ask you if are anxious, depressed or feel overwhelmed by the pandemic say NO.. as I’m sure you know these programs look for anything to force you in a contract.

thanks I'll take your advice.right now I'm alternating between days of feeling really sad and days of complete relief to not deal with nursing.honestly my nental health has improved 1000% not being in the rat race.working 12 hour shifts on my feet I really didn't have much of a life when not working. I was always too tired or in too much pain.

I dont understand how it was reported to the BON before you were proven innocent by a drug screen? I've been through very similar experience! Board was not notified; my impromptu drug screen was neg. There wouldn't be anything to report. They can assume all day but I did not do anything wrong.
