Accused of diversion in Ohio

I’m looking for any kind of advice here. I was working as an agency nurse and they called me a week ago stating I was now part of an investigation to narcotics missing. I haven’t heard anything back from anyone at my job, I don’t have a warrant but I’m terrified. Anyone been through this?

So sorry you are going through this.  Remember you are not alone.  This site offers lots of encouragement and good advice. 

If you have to meet with them without your attorney, please be careful. Also, they pull your prescription history ahead of time. They will ask if you have ever been prescribed control substances and if so why and for how long. They also will want to know if you have ever been hospitalized for substance or mental health issues.  I am not trying to scare you, I just want you to be prepared for what they may ask of you.

Yes a few times over the years but they always ended the investigation with finding out what happened and it wasn't that I stole any medication. It.never was reported to.the board and went no.further than the facility investigation.  They didn't even suspend me at work pending the investigation.  I just requested an observed drug screen immediately and was fine
