How do I know if an on-line program is accredited through my state ?

Specializes in Complex pedi to LTC/SA & now a manager.

The TCN reps often outright lie about the alleged affiliation between TCN & Excelsior. Excelsior has had a warning about using test prep companies on their site for at least the last few years.

TCN isn't the only publisher offering study guides, there are a few others and it is imperative that all students be educated consumers when researching options

Reputable schools will be happy to list their credentials and accreditation when prospective students inquire whether it is a non-traditional online /distance learning school or a traditional brick & mortar school.

Just know that state boards of nursing generally only approve schools physically located in the respective state.

My point exactly, they lie, therefore they are a scam. There is no reason to use company's like TCN.
