If the school is only accreditation through CCNE but not WASC?, what are the possibility getting into school after BSN?
Which school will accept only CCNE accreditation?

The online MSN programs offered at for-profit schools such as ITT Technical Institute, Chamberlain, Kaplan, Walden, U of Phoenix, Aspen U, Grantham U, Colorado Technical U, and American Sentinel U will accept credits from a BSN program that was accredited by the CCNE but lacked regional institutional accreditation.
I would look for a school with both regional accreditation and ACEN or CCNE accreditation. Otherwise, you are limiting your options.

CCNE only applies to nursing programs... WASC is the regional accreditation that ensures the 'transferability' of college courses.
