Acceptance in ma nursing schools

Hi everyone i just have a few question as far a acceptance and what people grades where like before they were accepted. I currently have a anatI,B micro,B+ & im taking anat2 im sure ill be getting an A. I have brief history of working in a hospital and i currently work in group home.Is there anything specifically peopled did to make themselves a better canidate . I also took the teas.v& I did horribly:uhoh3: i blame this souly on fustration. As i waited to finish my sciences courses to take the test only to see that the majority of the test is biology& chem. I currently attend stcc but i also plan to apply greenfield,holyoke,berkshire, capital (ct),. Any advice would be helpful and appreciated thank you.
