Can anyone that got a BSN second degree how the GPA worked? Did they used your first undergrad degree and add to that GPA or did you start fresh in the BSN program?

Generally when you transfer from one school to another, your GPA is not retained. You start afresh.
I would imagine that a Graduate School is a different school than and Undergraduate School even if at the same Uni. I would imagine than you start afresh.
