Academic Report for CGFNS

Hey everybody.

I am a German educated nurse and now living in Louisiana. To work as an RN here I have to take my CGFNS test and the Nclex.

I am in the process to get all my paperwork from Germany. And here comes the problem-my nursing school is closed and I was told that they destroyed every documents after 10 years-I graduaded 15 years ago-so they have no documents.

As the CGFNS needs my academic report-hours and grades the Department of Health Ministry asked me to write a report cart and send it to them, so they can,verify and send it to CGFNS.

I don't know how a report cart looks like. Is it enough to say that I passed or do I have to put in A,B or C or good and satisfied?

I am grateful for any advice!

I think that you should ask the Department of Health Ministry exactly what they need. Yours is a unique situation and you really need accurate information.

Thank you roser13. But the Health Ministry can't give me any information.They told me that they never had a nurse who wants to work in US before and that they don't speak English-so I am very much on my own.
