So I took the NCLEX-RN, for the first time, on August 21 and failed . I paid another $200 to Pearson Vue right away (to be able to test again) after I got my failing test results... and I THOUGHT that I would receive a new ATT after my 45 days were up, but I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN ONE! So, my question is, DO I HAVE TO FILL OUT THE APPLICATION AGAIN FOR IL BOARD OF NURSING AND PAY THE $88? OR DO I ONLY HAVE TO PAY THE $88 TO RECIEVE MY NEW ATT? OR WAS I SUPOSE TO RECEIVE MY ATT ALREADY?
Hi, I am also planning to retake the NCLEX illinois state. I did not yet receive an official result of my exam last September from CTS. After 45 days I paid pearson vue for another exam 2 weeks ago. Do I need to wait mail from continental testing to pay for $98 or just send them check bank from the philippines then they will issue a new att just like I did before?
Hello, actually I have apply for my retake NCLEX-RN exam on 20th december 2021. 1st I have filled up Continental testing application form ( ILL BON ) and pay 107$ then 2nd apply for ATT and pay 200$ through pearson vue but, today is 23rd december and still I have not received my ATT. When I called in pearson vue they told me that my application is still pending and I should contact the Nursing Regulatory Body and ask them why they have not granted my eligibility. I try to call them but unable to reach them. So, is there any documents required and send there to verify ? because if I am not wrong then after continental testing application form and ATT we have to receive ATT within 2 bussiness days right.
PLEASE, help me to find out what is the problem in my application process.
Hi guys! I nee some help, I'm planning to retake my NCLEX-RN exam Illinois BON. When I started filling up the application form from CTS website, I entered my old Social Security Number (SSN) and it showed up with his error -> (Invalid SSN. Use 999-99-9999 if you do not have a valid U.S. SS#. Do not use any number previously provided to you by this office.) I'm afraid if I use "999-99-9999" I might get a problem in the future. By the way, I am an RN from Philippines. Please help me how to fill it up correctly. Thank you in advance. God bless!

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here. I'm a retaker of NCLEX-RN IL. I would like to ask if is it OK if I will put in permanent mailing address my non-US address because my previous application it was not me who processed I just paid from one of the processing agency in the Philippines and they put permanent mailing address is US address so now I don't know what to put. And do I need to send my application thru mail is it necessary or is it OK just online application since they option now that I will just pay online and they will process it?
