    Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here. I'm a retaker of NCLEX-RN IL. I would like to ask if is it OK if I will put in permanent mailing address my non-US address because my previous application it was not me who processed I just paid from one of the processing agency in the Philippines and they put permanent mailing address is US address so now I don't know what to put. And do I need to send my application thru mail is it necessary or is it OK just online application since they option now that I will just pay online and they will process it? I hope you guys could help me with this matter. Thank you!
