I remember seeing a post with a list of abbreviations & what they meant. Does anyone know where it's located, I can't find it anymore. Also, I'm just starting on my prereq.'s, and will also be working full-time. Does anyone have any quick dinner suggestions I could use? It's going to be a long road, and I'm determined not to let anything get in the way(complaining hubby). Thanks a bunch!
HAMBURGER DELIGHT
Brown 1# of hamburger with garlic and onion powder, and a little bit of celery salt; drain fat if necessary. Add 2 cans cream of mushroom [NOT "golden" and don't use the store brand] or cream of celery soup. You can use the reduced fat variety if you like. Then add about 2-3 TBS of Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Magic. Serve over rice or noodles. Add a veg or salad. Done in
FAST CHICKEN
Pre-heat to abt 400f. Take out as many frozen chicken breasts as your family eats, plus one or two for a lunch; I use those ice-glazed ones that come in a bag. Place in an appropriate sized baking dish; cover with your favorite BBQ sauce or Teriyaki bake and glaze sauce. Bake for ~45 mins. Serve w/rice, veg.
Have fun!

THESE IDEAS SOUND YUMMY! I've never eaten tuna casserole, so I'm excited to try it! From your directions, it sounds as if it's a warm meal. Is it also served cold? For some reason, I think of tuna caserole as a cold dish.
