AADNS or NADONA certification?

Hello, I'm looking to earn a DON specific certification and seem to have found two that might be similar. Wanted to see if anyone had advice on which one to achieve and why?

AADNS's DNS-CT: DNS-CT Certification

NADONA's CDONA: Certified Director of Nursing Exam (CDONA™) – Nadona

They look to be comparable in price, so I'd appreciate your feedback.

I have the CDONA certification. I found the exam to be pretty easy (been in the business for years). It didn't get me anything except some extra initials after my name.
