AACC Spring 2012 hopefuls?

Hello fellow MD nurses!

I'm just looking to see if there are any prospective Spring 2012 students at AACC? I'm finishing up A&P2 this summer and will be putting my application in in the fall. Anyone take the TEAS yet? Any advice? I'll probably take mine in August when I'm done with classes so I can focus on studying for that as opposed to my other classes.

Awesome on the hybrid! Guess I didn't get my application in in time to get a spot in there :(

I'm still waiting to hear back from UMB- but I won't hear back until November on that one!

So will you accept or decline your AACC spot since that form is due Oct 19th but you won't know if you've been accepted into UMB yet or not? Goodluck!

I've got a few options I'm weighing and a few ideas I've bounced off my husband. I'm aware that administrators peruse this site, though, and it's not too hard to figure out who people are by what they post.......sooooo, with that in mind, I'm going to plead the fifth on that question :cool:

I'm not sure. I would hope it would be before that. We have to respond with our decision by Oct. 19 and the orientation isn't until Nov. 8 (go figure I get back from a weekend trip the night before at like 2am).

I also need to find a place to get my health examination done (and titer testing, since I have NO clue where any of my immunization records are).

Just opened mine!!!! I got accepted!!!! I believe into the Hybrid program, in the letter it says...

The Hybrid section is filled on a first come first serve basis. (Then in bold it says) You have been selected to enroll in this section per your request.

Congrats!! I requested the hybrid program as well. And my letter states the same thing. I really hope this means that we DID get into the hybrid. Ive been crossing my fingers on this! :D

Are we supposed to keep the underneath yellow copy on the Accept/Decline Form or just send it all back to them I wonder? What do you all think?

I think we are to return the top copy and keep the yellow copy of the Accept/Decline Form. I am going to hand carry it on Monday so I know it is there! Congratulations!
