I have a few quick questions about renal failure/dialysis. I've been researching for hours and can't seem to find a good source.
What factors influence the rate of osmosis from the blood into the dialysis fluid. (relating this to high blood pressure)
and
How does the MWCO of a filtration membrane affect the movement of albumin from blood into urine?
Also, what are the physiological consequences of saturation with respect to glucose transport?
I'm not asking for answers, but I would like to be pointed in the right direction. I'm trying to put everything I've learned together and apply it to a concept (dialysis) that is completely new to me...
Anyone? :/

You may want to try the specialty sections. I haven't a clue!
We did not get that far into the details of dialysis.

National Kidney Foundation: A to Z Health Guide ItemI linked to this from Dialysis: MedlinePlusIt does discuss the filtration membrane, so I hope it helps.
I know that all teachers say to avoid wikipedia, but open up the page and when you find a statement that helps you, look at the citation they list and it might have a website that you can find credible information.
Good luck!
