A Mentor!!!!

Hello Everyone,

I'm a nursing student at Georgia Perimeter College. I'm in my freshman year and was wondering if any one on here had the time to be a mentor to me. I stay in Atlanta Ga and I dont want to meet or anything just would like to have someone to e-mail every now and then about the nursing program. I'm currently a CNA at the age of 18 and attending college . I wanted to know what else would make me stand apart from some applying to nursing school. I have done this shawdow a nurse program, here in atlanta. So, if your interested and have the time and would like to be a mentor to me that would be wonderful.

So, are you working on your pre-reqs at GPC for nursing school or are you already in Nursing school at GPC?

Can u be my mentor too? After reading ur posting, I felt I could ask for ur advice. I'm 23yrs old and I intend to start my degree in nursing next year. I'm a bit confused about the pre-requisites. I hope to gain admission into a 4YR college but I'm also wondering if I should start with an associate degree. I'm a bit confused.:innerconf Pls let me know if I can contact u by email.

i would like a mentor as well... I am 22, I an a cna in albany georgia while working towards my lpn at albany tech... I whave four more quarters to go... I would like to work in med surg or research later on ...( i will worj six months and then apply for a bridge program in columbus), who can i better my chances of getting there?

I just graduated from nursing school last week and would love to mentor any one that would like it. I don't have the clinical experience that a more seasoned RN would but I could definitely advise you on getting through school!
