Hey y'all I'm wondering if someone can help me trying to remember a particular website. I remember a few weeks ago seeing the link posted on All Nurses when I was looking for assessment forms for nursing students. I've tried typing in every combination of the words "assessment" "form" "nursing student" "resources" etc. that I can into the search box and and after searching through countless posts I just can't find it. I remember the site was created by nursing students and it had a lot of content including physicial assessment forms, sample care plans and a bunch of really helpful resources. I think the name was something like "Surviving Nursing School" or "Helping Nursing Students Survive Nursing School". I just can't seem to find the link anywhere and I've already tried googling it too. Any ideas?

Look at the top of the Nursing student assistance forum, there's a thread with all kinds of links in it.
Check here first: Links to Care Plans/Maps, Assessments, Videos, study help - Nursing for Nurses
I appreciate the link but I did check that thread and the links and I still couldn't find the website.
I've gotten a few PMs about this but so far I haven't found the site yet, thanks everyone for trying and if you have any more ideas please just let me know. I really appreciate it.
