Hey everyone! I'm a busy mom (of a 5 1/2 month old), and I'm quite nervous for the fall semester. I'm taking A&P I and a CNA course. I'd like to open a discussion for others to tell me about their A&P I class...advice they'd like to give...and for those of us who haven't taken it yet, your feelings on the upcoming semester. I could definitely could use the support!
A&P I, College Algebra (for that RN-BSN thing later as you said), General Psych, and College Comp I here.Sounds like you have the same pre-reqs and are only a few miles north of me (i'm in wpb). Are you going to PBCC?
Yep! I was debating about applying for the Spring 2008, but I'm thinking I'd be better off getting everything except the pure nursing classes done and starting next Fall 2008. What about you?
Something about taking Micro, A+P II, and the nursing classes together is scary.
I don't know how hard it is to get in there, but at least there's not a waiting list, it's all points based. I'm going to attend the information session at PBG campus on the 8th.

Yeah, i'm going to do as many as those recommended classes before applying to nursing school. I'm going to the Lake Worth nursing info session on the 20th.
I figure I should get most of this stuff out of the way anyways, like as you said, before taking the pure nursing classes.

Hello Everyone,
I took A&P I this past fall and I am taking A&P II now and all I can say is study and be on top of all your classes. I would not recommend taking A&P II with your Micro class because both of those are really hard classes and they both count to whether or not you get into the program or not. My advisor told me to not take those classes with anything else that was extremely hard. Not saying that it can't be done! I wish you all the best of luck!
