Hi guys! I just have a quick question...
My A&P 1 class is super easy. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm grateful it's easy, but I'm concered that A&P 2 will kill me due to lack of knowledge from A&P 1. We did not have to learn the different tissues and we are only learning basic stuff on the skeletal system (main bones, nothing else) for example. We skip over things that I hear students in other classes fretting about learning and it scares me that I may not be getting the education I'm paying for. I do read and try to learn the material we don't go over, but (I hate saying this) I wish we were being held responsible to know it. Make sense? Anyway, how bad is A&P 2 going to be after getting spoiled in A&P 1?

Your class does sound too easy. We actually have an M.D. teaching our A&P I class and he is very fair but it's the most difficult class I've had so far. We have to know tons of details, we have to know the tissues and functions extremely well, we are now into the skeletal system and we have to memorize the bones and landmarks so that's more than just knowing the 22 bones in the skull and the 206 bones total in the body. During the lab test we are going to go around tables set up with numbered bones and we will be identifying which ones they are and in what position they're in. We just took our first lecture test and it was HARD! The teacher loves essay questions and there are always 3 to 5 of those that are worth 10 points each (OUCH!)
. I made a B on the first exam by the skin of my teeth!
If I were you I would ask the other students with the hard class what they're doing and maybe you could follow along.
