Hi All - I'm thinking far into the future but...
Is it not recommended to take A&P1 and A&P2 at two different colleges? A silly question - but do colleges differ in where they separate the material?
I will be taking A&P1 in about a week, and I'm also applying to 2 different programs (that don't need all prereqs completed)... I'm hoping to get into one. One program is where I am taking A&P1.
I'm worried if I only get into the other program, A&P1 would be useless...
Thank you in advance!

I would call the program you are applying to to see if they would accept it. They may ask you for a course description to verify the classes are similar to theirs. I'm taking II at a different college than I took I

In the college system where I'm at, course names, identifiers, descriptions, content, and so on are all coordinated throughout the system. In effect, the four colleges act as a single institution. While I was taking prerequisites for nursing school, I attended two different campuses, and a total of three different sites, one of which was a satellite campus, and all the courses were accepted as if I had taken those courses at a single campus. A lot more coordination work would be necessary to ensure that you have covered all of the material that should be included in a full one-year anatomy and physiology program, if you were to take courses at two different institutions that are part of two different educational systems.
You really will have to check with the schools that you intend to apply to, or have applied to in order to determine whether or not your plan works. It is entirely possible that one institution will accept that combination, and the other will not.
