Wound care supplies

Hubby(diabetic) had a great toe amputation. Wound is doing reasonably well with a 1"x 1/2" area that we are still dealing with. My problem is finding supplies!! His podiatrist and vascular surgeon want us to use MaxorbAG, which as you know is expensive. I can't seem to find any site or store that will sell a smaller amount. The 1"x12" ribbon is great, but I'd have to buy 20 of them!!! We're only looking at maybe 2 more weeks of wound care before this is healed. Any suggestions for finding this stuff?(up until now I had samples, but the doc is out too).
