Hey everyone, just wondering what type of questions does HR ask you? Im so nervous, I need to practice my answering skills! And how were the panel/peer interview questions different? I am going in with my best suit and tie! Thank you!

You have an interview with Swedish? Congrats Willyummy!

Can anyone tell me what the patient-ratio is at Swedish? I'm looking at applying, but don't want to jump from a frying pan into a fire (my current workplace has a dangerous ratio). Also, what do they pay new grads?

Hi everybody! I know this is an old thread but does anybody know when I'm expected to apply if I am looking to get hired into the November cohort? Thanks!

Hello!

I am starting the new grad residency program at Swedish First Hill on November 9! I will be new to the area and was wondering if anyone who works at Swedish or in downtown Seattle can suggest places to center my apartment search. I will be moving alone and need a safe neighborhood which is hopefully near the hospital. I am just wondering to those who live and work downtown, is it worth the expensive rates? Thanks so much for any help :)
