Job hunting in Seattle

I have recently relocated to Seattle from Atlanta.

I need some help in finding a job. I have been applying on-line for weeks now and have not heard anything back. Does anyone have any advice for me? Any other ways I can go about this job search? Any recomendations? Any Hospitals you think may be hiring at the moment??
