May 15, '09Wow I can't believe how these hospitals jack everyone around, its unbelievable. I think I would take the first job and then see what happens. I wold NOT worry about turning a hospital down later if something changes. Good luck. which hospital is it, Sibley?
May 20, '09AS for living in DC, I lived in DC for 6 years and moved to Virginia (Pentagon City Area )after I got married. I lived in Adams Morgan which is a very fun area to live in. I lived in a house which each floor was an apartment - it was great and I had a fun time. I was able to walk a few blocks (two) to the bus stop and it took ten minutes (fifteen if we hit every stop and light) to get to work. The bus dropped me off directly in front of the hospital
May 20, '09I'm thinking of moving to the DC/Maryland area. I'm having an extremely hard time obtaining a clinical RN position in NY. WHC looks like it provides an excellent program.
