Hey all,

Does anyone know who is hiring in Northern Virginia? Anywhere around Fairfax, Chantilly, Reston, Arlington, McLean....you get the gist.

I'm so tired of job searching & hearing nothing back. :banghead:

What's wrong with my computer then? Weird, weird stuff. I've been wondering how there has been nothing out there for so long (and someone I work with said she saw the same thing). Stupid computer.

I've had the same problem with Firefox. Safari worked fine. There has to be some sort of compatibility problem. Try a different web browser.

Is there a lot more nurses going back to work in NoVA area? I've applied to a lot of different positions and nothing back. I've been out of work for 1 1/2 years though. I'm also trying to find a day only position. Only nurses would work rotating 12 hour shifts! I have 3 young ones to take care of

good luck. Pretty sure this is days available at reston pcu as we have a fair # of agency nurses. And we don't rotate shifts--ur either day or ur night--u can rotate if ya ant, but dont have to!

Thanks for the computer help- I switched to Safari and there were all of those listings. =) It apparently doesn't like Chrome, either.

I live in FFx Cty, too (with 3 small children), and I commute, I think, 21 miles to my job, but it's really not that bad, at all. I think it took me a total of 40 minutes to get to work yesterday and that included my coffee stop- and they are definitely not fast. From where I live, ~20 miles includes all of the way out to Reston, up into DC and down past Potomac Hospital (maybe to the Quantico Clinic, but not sure).
