Hi, I have just excepted an assignment in Seattle at Swedish Medical Center. Do anyone know about public transportation in Seattle. Also I am going to live in an rv, Any good campground ideas. Many places don't let you stay for 3 months and then they charge by the night. I would appreciate any input. Thanks

which campus are you going to be working at? i think that seattle has an excellent bus system - i used it all the time getting my first degree. you can look at schedules @ http://transit.metrokc.gov/. good luck with the RV site!

Hi, i'm a nursing student in seattle and have lived here for over 10 years. The problem with staying in an RV is the RV places are very far out of town either north or south. Auburn, Federal Way, Kent and Renton have quite a few but then your commute is going to take at least an hour to the city. There is not alot of choice within the city limits, if any at all. Seattle does have an excellent bus system, and depending on where you end up, you might be able to take advantage of sound transit and ride the train into town. You would have to catch a bus from the train station up to Swedish though. If it was me I would try to find a small studio for rent in the capital hill neighborhood! Good luck and enjoy beautiful Seattle (if you like to take walks go visit Discovery Park in Magnolia!!)
