Overwhelmed by recruiters

I guess this isn't a bad thing, but I am completely overwhelmed by recruiters contacting me. I filled out a few info requests and have had an influx of calls, texts, and emails. I sat down and made a list and have been researching agencies and reviews, but I've still got over 40 agencies to call back.

My question is this: when first getting started traveling, how did you decide which agency to go with? They all seem to be offering about the same.

Thanks in advance!!

I felt the same way when I started traveling! I made a list of the cities I wanted to go to, then researched the hospitals in those cities & picked out the ones I like, then call those hospitals HR departments and ask them what company they use for travelers, and sign up with that company. Easy, breezy :)

Good idea.. I plan to do the same! How far in advance did you start applying as to compared to when you will start traveling.. or wish to. I plan to start in January...when would be best for me to start looking. I know I need enough time to get licensed and such. I was thinking August? Any suggestions?

I feel the same way frequently and I've been traveling for 5 years. I went with the recruiter that I felt like was my friend when I talked to her. She is still a good friend of mine. I'm with a different recruiter now because she left the company to have kids, but I like the way that they have always had my back when things came up.
