Hello all Travelers!!!!!

To all of those that travel, this is VERY important for you to know.

It's best to take advantage of a lot of perks, especially if you are traveling.

I use a smart phone or tablet when I am on the go.

I download major airline company apps from the apple store on your phone or the Google Play store, like Delta, SouthWest-Airlines, United Airways, etc just do a search.

So, you can sign up and get your points and keep an eye on it and take good travel deals that come about.

If you're looking for a cheap and safe place to stay I HIGHLY recommend downloading an app called AIRBNB: It's almost of like an "Uber" version of hotel stays. You rate them/ they rate you.

These are the links below.

*Google Play: Airbnb - Android Apps on Google Play

*Apple Link:Airbnb on the App Store

What is this? Spam? Advertising?

What makes it spam if im goving vital information that i use. I dont get it.

I think it is someone trying to be helpful to the travel community, perhaps excited by a recent personal discovery of internet services and apps already well known to just about everyone alive.

Some nurses dont want to spend a lot of money. I use AirBNB and i have hotel points. I dont understand how this is spam. People are so narrow minded these days!

Actually, this doesn't really meet the definition of spam since you are not benefiting from it, but merely trying to be helpful (good for you by the way). However, be aware that posting of even helpful links may be against the Term of Service (TOS) on Allnurses. I was once banned for four years from Allnurses for posting a link to requested information (happened to be a non-profit) twice in one day. Got two emails from them later that day, one a warning, and the second informing me of the ban. In fact, I could not even contact them to protest.

So be very careful. I merely name the site for other members to Google and don't post links anymore. TOS may not be enforced as vigorously since the founder of Allnurses died a few years ago.

THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!!

whats makes me cringe the most is just the way that some people think!

Well, they are our host so we have to abide by their rules on their turf. I'd prefer slightly freer speech myself, but any moderated forum does have some advantages in preventing a troll festival. Easy workaround by naming sites rather than linking them. If someone requests specific info like a recruiter name (agency name OK, but not individuals) or a very specific link, you can private message them. Or you will be able to once you reach 15 posts. ;-)

Thank you !

Bravo on the balance of politeness/sarcasm/truth. If I had a hat on I'd tip it.
