Texas Tech RN-BSN

U.S.A. Texas

I'm about to start the distance education program for RN-BSN through Texas Tech and was wondering if anybody out there has gone through it. I work full-time and completed my general studies courses over the past year.

I just started my Community class, too, but our syllabus say we have to do 45 hours. Who do you have? The requirements should be the same.

What is it that you have to do for the community class?

The requirements are the same. I meant to say 24 hours (that's what is required with a preceptor). The other 21 hours you have a choice out of 5 alternatives given (reread your syllabus). Sorry for the mislead. I know a couple of nurses who finished the program who offered me suggestions, and was taking my own plans into account. If the alternatives aren't done, it is 45 hours.

This is our first week, so it is too soon to give much info on the class.
