I thought we should start a new tread so we could stay up to date on any news regarding Parkland. I only applied to NICU and L&D nurse resident positions and graduate in May from UTA. I'm still praying Parkland calls!! ;)

hey guys so i called and talked to (MODERATOR EDIT OF RECRUITER INITIALS - PLEASE DO NOT POST NAMES/INITIALS OF INDIVIDUALS PER TOS) today and she told me that HR already sent out all 40 something offers and most people have already accepted the offers. She's waiting on others to deny or accept before we know anything else.

My interview was April 23rd

Mine was the 29th. I emailed her yesterday morning, but she still hasn't replied. :/ wondering if I should lose hope an just move on to the next one or just keep wishing that I may have a chance.

that's sort of how I feel I'm just trying to keep the faith that I have it because I really want this career here! I called like a hour ago and (MODERATOR EDIT OF RECRUITER INITIALS - PLEASE DO NOT POST NAMES/INITIALS OF INDIVIDUALS PER TOS) said that they are in the process of making selections and alternates and even though they made some offers, they won't make final selections until the end of this week so, she said we should definitely here something by the end of this week. Stay prayed up! It shall happen for us!

I hope we find out by the end of this week. I really need to know sooner than later because I'm out of state and need to get everything settled up there if I have to move.

I do too! I'm in Memphis and I graduate may 31st so I do understand what you mean. The wait is crazy!

If any of y'all were waiting on CPICU or MICU they (MODERATOR EDIT OF RECRUITER INITIALS - PLEASE DO NOT POST NAMES/INITIALS OF INDIVIDUALS PER TOS) sent out an email today to schedule interviews for tomorrow and Friday. I politely declined but just wanted to keep everyone posted. Goodluck to everyone still waiting to hear back!
