I just wondering if there are others out there applying this May for the Fall 2014 class. I just found out I have everything to apply at NCTC but with a B in A&P I I only have 10 points and I'm not sure if I will make the cut. Anyone else?

If you email the nursing director she will set you up. I emailed her and about an hour or so later, I was able to log on and view syllabi and calendars. It is the same IDs for Canvas and Angel.

Thanks TWishes, I will email her. Just to clarify, it is angel.nctc.edu where we have to go to get all this info right? not Canvas...even though Canvas is what will be used after 9/1? It's weird that I can log into Canvas but not Angel. Sounds like a technical problem within NCTC's system. I filed a request for support since it keeps telling me my logon/password combo is not recognized in Angel.
Yes, that's it! http://www.angel.nctc.edu/

If anyone has the assignments for this week can you please post them or message/email me? I am just reading through the first three chapters of fundamentals of nursing until I can access the nursing group on Angel. I think I saw Exercise #1 on the math schedule.
I was just logging on to ask someone to post the work too. That would be so great so those of us with 'technical difficulties' so we can get going! Thanks.

One question about patches. Jls0459 said 2 inches and director said 3 inches today? Is that from bottom of sleeve?

Can someone post the email for the director please or pm me it.
Ditto, I also do not have her email.
The patch was 3 inches from the shoulder seam. Here is the link with the directors email, 2nd email from the top...since we aren't suppose to list direct names and such.

Thanks TWishes
Last patch question I swear, do you put the center of patch at three inches or put the top of the patch at the three inch mark? Does that make sense?

Our patches are two inches down - they aren't going to take out a tape measure and measure it. Make sure your patch is on your left shoulder and the top of the patch should be at the three inch mark. If you are really really really concerned with the patches, take it to the Attach A Patch place in Gainesville. I think it's a dollar and the lady there has been doing the NCTC patches for years. She knows exactly where to put it. In other news:

The syllabi for skills is not up yet, but that is your Tuesday class so you still have a bit of time. Hopefully they will put it up by the end of the week and by then, you can all see what we see in Angel!
