I have an interview coming up from an employer in Pesco TX. Im a foreigner btw, who will work on an EB3 US visa. How is life in Pesco in terms of lodging, transportation, recreation/leisure, weather? I would appreciate all your replies. :)

I was offered a job there. Any inputs re: working condition and lifestyle in the area?

Pecos is a desolate, economically-depressed, sporificely-populated desert town near the Mexican border. There's not much to see and do in the area.
The local hospital must recruit nurses from out of the area, and sometimes from out of the country, because most nurses from the state of Texas would not want to live or work in the town. The weather is extremely hot and dry. The vast majority of your patients will be Spanish-speaking because most of the town's residents are Mexican and Spanish-speaking.
