Hospitals in Fort Worth

Hi Everyone.

I am just new here FW and looking for a job as a RN in OR.

I applied to a county hospital but I couldn't make up my mind because the salary was lower than I expect. I have 15 years experience in OR in the other country,also I have 2 years experience in NY.

Actually I don't know about the salary around this area. Is there anyone recommend any other hospitals which have good salary,benefit, and environment. I heard about Baylor and Harris Methodist hoapital.

Could yod compare these two hospitals...

It would be grateful and I can decide where I can apply to.

You didn't research the pay rates for nurses prior to relocating to Fort Worth? If you're from the NYC metro area, then the pay rates are generally going to be a whole lot lower here in DFW.

You are right I didn't research about the pay in FW, but I just knew that it is gonna be low... but I couldn't expect how much gap...

Anyway now I have sense for that.
