    We have a heart hospital here in dayton, they do things differently than the usual hospital. They are physcian owned. Their pay is different they don't pay differentials and such, I can't remember all what they don't pay. No nurse managers they have like team leaders and they cut out a lot of the unneeded management positions ( thats what they say).
