Jus3, I just got my petition, and I was a 53.88, if that helps. :-) Anyone else taking the Mon/Tues at EVC?

Congrats to you guys who just got your petitions.
I agree, I wouldn't say that the Nursing Skills class is hard per se, but I would say you really do have to take advantage of the class/lab time and study the materials. It does take commitment for sure.
Good Luck to you all!
YAY!!! I just got my provisional acceptance letter into the Spring 2014 program!!!

I just got my Spring Acceptance!!! 61 points on my second application cycle. jena5111, I'm curious, how did you have 62.74 on a second application? Had you taken skills during the first half of the summer?
Anyone have any thoughts on campus choices? I'm leaning towards EVC, but am curious about CEC. I live far south, and my son goes to school down here, so it would be hard to get to RRC. Still, I am also wondering about Hybrid, since I am a single mother and it is always better for me to have a more flexible schedule.
Congratulations to and best of luck to all of you out there!
Hi Carmelite,
First of all, congratulations on your acceptance! :)
I took a skills class that went from 05/29/13 through 07/03/13--I was offered a petition a couple weeks before Fall 2013 acceptance letters went out and I knew I probably wouldn't have enough first-time application points without RNSG 1105.
It was pretty crazy to take skills in a five-week class (I don't have a medical background and I work full-time), but I loved it. So excited to begin actual nursing school in a few months!
CEC is my first choice.

[COLOR=#003366]tkonle,
I have 57.82 points and am in Skills right now.
CEC was my first choice as well, I live far south and am hoping to be closer.

This was my first time up for Spring 2014. Even though we were told up front we wouldn't get in the first time we applied, I was optimistic. Has anyone figured out what the point cut off was this time around? :) (Can't wait until the NEXT application.)
