Weekend options - Knoxville area

I am from the Knoxville area but have been living in West TN the past few years. I went to nursing school here so I know nothing about job options in East TN.

I am currently a weekender and am exploring what types of weekender or premium pay (float/etc) are available in East TN - Knox and surrounding counties (perhaps Blount, Anderson, Loudon or Sevier)

If anyone works in these areas and know what types of special options are available please feel free to email or PM me (or post here).

I currently work telemetry, but I'm open to other areas and I'm very flexible on my scheduling.

Thanks for any help/direction! I'm trying to figure out if I want to go to work directly for a hospital or try agency, etc.

Sorry. I thought I'd respond just to say hello. I don't know what the hospitals around here offer so that's why I didn't answer. I've looked through a lot of the hospital job boards just to get an idea of what they offer, I can't say that I've seen any that say weekenders but that doesn't mean that they don't. The hospitals in the area:

Covenant Health Systems

St Marys

Baptist

UT Medical Center

Blount Memorial (Blount County)

Go to their websites and see if any offer the shift you want.
