You will typically need basic chem, as a minimum. If you already have that, then pursue a biochem course.
Write a letter of why you want to be a CRNA. Be ready to demonstrate that in the interview. Be humble and honest during the interview: if you mention "oh yeah I do Swans.." You better know the basics of CI, PAP, wedge pressure, etc.
Most programs want to see someone at the top of their game, ready to start from the bottom all over again.
Good luck!
Sounds like you are going in the right direction. However I cannot emphasize enough how important the interview is. Myself and a co-worker had similar numbers and had our interviews the same day. I got in and she didnt. She was very ill prepared for the interview and got flustered at the first question she didnt know the answer to. Remember they are looking for folks that can handle the pressure and dont let them get you flustered.

Hi!
I am a nurse with 8 yrs ICU exp, CCRN, GRE score 1240. I have applied to FIU and UM for fall 2009. Do you think I can make it? What are other pre-reqs needed? Also what extra courses should I be taking to prepare myself better for the program. Please advise.
Thanks
