ufblondi, don't panic, i'm sure it will be alright. Be patient, although I'm sure its hard for you to do so right now. Waiting can be nerve racking.

Well then, suffice it to say that people aren't fired who do a good job or for being honest :) the school won't make the same mistake again, and the new director is probably someone they know.
