I would like to meet other students who are starting the Graceland University FNP program May 6, 2013. I am starting in advanced pathophysiology as I have a masters and am in the post masters certificate program.

Also I would love to hear from others in the program on their experience.

Post masters students do not go to the first (orientation) focus session as it is to go over things already covered in the prior masters program. Teachnursing, I am happy for you! Congratulations!

I will start orientation Jan, 2014. I am so excited and a little nerves to start. Just book the motel and car last week.

I am starting the post masters FNP program May 2014 and I am also starting with adv. patho., they also signed me up to do orientation msn and I was wondering if you had to do this class as well? I emailed the school and asked if this was correct because with this orientation it is required to go on campus for 3 days and I was under the impression that post masters students only go to campus once for the 5 day focus group?

Congratulations MDavidsoninc and mwhittaker. You have made a good selection in Graceland. I like the program very much. Keep in touch with me privately as well because I want to keep up with how things are going for you. The program is hard as are all other NP programs. There is a great deal to learn. The instructors are actively involved, responsive and fair. You are correct, post masters students do not go to campus but once. You do not go to orientation. The focus session for Adv Health Assessment allowed me to meet the instructors and I was impressed. Each one were practicing NPs and strong intelligent women. Hi Ccbrayant,

I am starting Graceland FNP online program in a week. I am very nervous about this program but also very excited at the same time. This summer, I will be taking the Research class---and I am very apprehensive about the class. Do you have any guidance/tips for that class?

I am starting Graceland's FNP program this summer. I feel assured that I hear positive things about this program but apprehensive at the same time because I'm unfamiliar with online programs. I am starting out with the reseach class in May, do you have any tips?
