About to graduate but won't get recognized

Hello all fellow NP students

I have a friend that is about to graduate from FNP school and her last clinical grade just got put in this week ! She has exactly a 3.5. So she went to rehearsal for graduation and her name isn't printed with honors on the brochure!!!

So she told the teacher and dean of the department and they apologized but said they printed the brochures a month ago and her name cannot be added? She feels really sad she's been working so hard throughout the program and now she can't even get the recognition for honors????

What do you suggest????

I think someone needs to print up some stickers and put on them with the correction.

Very presumptive of the staff.
