I am trying to decide between 2 jobs

I have a question. I am trying to decide between 2 jobs- 1 is for a DON of a new facility- they offered 72,000 year. I have also been offered a job at the VA but dont have a clue how much I will be offered. Can anyone help me? I have been an rn for 24 years, have a masters degree- about what grade and step would I be? Need to take the job with the best money- any help I would appreciate I have to make my decidison pronto! Thankyou!

what area do you live in and what do you make now? 72k does not sound like much for a DON position, at least in MA. VA, at least here, usu pays very well and has excellent benefits

I live in Fargo, ND and our wages here suck! Supposedly the cost of living is low so so are the wages but living on a city is expensive and we don't get paid what we are worth that is for sure!
