I am about to graduate as an RN with ADN. What are the benefits by going on for my BSN, is it necessary, and can it effect where and how I practice?

It can affect where you work and it what capacity. Generally most supervisory roles require a BSN. You'll also see more promotion opportunities with a BSN than with an ADN. At least that is my understanding.

agree with above......also the military require a BSN
